"Beast of Yesterday"

"Beast of Yesterday" showcases the magnificence of the ancient Megaloceros giganteus, also known as giant deer, that last roamed our Earth 8,000 years ago. The longer you look the more details you might find. These gentle giants were beautiful and grand. I first saw a preserved skull and antlers when traveling in Ireland back in 2017 and have been in awe ever since. Their shoulders stood at 6 and half feet tall (the height of a doorframe) and their antlers could reach lengths 10 feet across. Amazing!
